The Lebe Group also believes it is important to consider the social and community value of an investment. Residence Belle Vue
BelleVue Residence is located directly alongside the River Maas, and all its apartments have a clear view of the river. The location is extremely convenient, close to the city centre, shops, roads and the city hall.

Dr Blumenkampstraat Venlo
The Lebe Group has transformed 4,500 m² of floor space in the former Océ training centre, located at Dr Blumenkampstraat 3 in Venlo, into housing. The Lebe Group carried out not only the transformation, but also the management of the construction project. And while others are generally inclined to draw the line there, the Lebe Group goes further by proceeding to develop and operate its own concepts.
